Dear valued customers,
Camino Verde Pet Resort announces that it’s  boarding rates will change by the day of 04-01-2022

The dog boarding rate will be $27.00 per day
The cat boarding rate will be $22.00 per day
The exotic pet boarding rate is always measured by  “kind of Pet” and habitat requirements

Any reservation that had been made BEFORE the date of June 1st 2020 will be honored at the old  rate!

Yes!!!!! Bird Boarding at Camino Verde Pet Resort

Besides dogs and cats, we also board birds!
This is Mango recorded at our facility to share with the owners how well Mango is during his stay with us.

Kira needed help with separation anxiety.
This German Shepherd mix is finding out through “marker training” that it is more valuable for her to sit on her bed than jumping and scratching at the gate. The clicker communicates to her which behavior exactly it was that triggered the reward to come. In addition, the direction of the reward being obtained is away from the gate.

 

Here is Miley, a frequent boarder at Camino Verde Pet Resort enjoying  “Play Time”
Even though the facility provides individual outside runs that are accessible 24/7, quite a few owners book extra free time for their dogs.
If done frequently, the dogs wait with “going to the bathroom” until they are taken out.
First thing Miley does, is relieving herself!
The EXTRA exercise helps to be more relaxed when the dogs are back in the kennel.

This is Kira.
She is boarding at Camino Verde Pet Resort. The owner shared with our staff that she has hi separation anxiety and has been braking out of crates, hurting herself. 
We are glad to report that she is doing just fine in our facility. Fortunately, she has very high food drive. The kennel staff has been going into her run tossing treats. It made her feel very comfortable inside the kennel.
